Information Management System

The agency is seeking an Information Management System environment to support Maximo, Eagle, and SharePoint. These systems were transitioned from a previous contractor and are currently operating in a temporary configuration. The selected vendor must develop and execute a project plan to assess requirements, as well as provide training and support to transition staff from the existing system to the new software. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the project. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. The agency has not included the main request for proposal document with this initial notice, and an additional payment is required to obtain the full document. Evaluation criteria are not specified in this preliminary contact notice.
