The agency is seeking an exclusive advertising sales partner to maximize revenue, ensure brand alignment, and maintain high quality standards across all placements. The agency needs to solve the problem of managing and monetizing its diverse transit advertising inventory. The scope of work covers exterior bus advertising including full wraps, kings, and kongs across the fixed-route fleet, as well as interior bus cards within all eligible fixed-route vehicles. Additionally, the project includes display advertising panels at bus shelters, advertising on digital displays, and both exterior and interior advertising on paratransit vehicles. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 26, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 1, 2026. The resulting contract period will run for two years.
