RFI for Accounting Solution

The Alberta Ministry of Justice is seeking information to acquire a scalable accounting solution that automates manual processes and tools. The agency needs to standardize or adapt accounting functions across regional and base courts while requiring minimal customization to accommodate local differences in accounting practices. This initiative aims to implement effective financial processes that ensure transparency and accountability in the delivery of services to the public. The scope of work requires the solution to integrate and interface with existing internal and external financial systems, including Point of Sale systems and the Government of Alberta ERP system, 1GX. The system must pull together all court accounting functions into a single, cohesive framework. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget expectations. Eligibility is strictly limited to Canadian organizations operating onshore. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency requires all clarification questions to be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
