RFI for Analytical Processing Solution

The Regional Corporate Services Information Technology department is seeking information to understand the maturity and capabilities of security analytics solutions in the market. The agency needs to evaluate how these solutions align with modern Security Operation Centres operations and zero trust principles, while adhering to regional cybersecurity policies. The ultimate goal is to combine multiple existing physical, safety, and operational systems into a single operational view to improve detection, awareness, decision-making, and response coordination. The requested scope of work involves assessing how a solution can scale, secure, and integrate with the agency's existing security apparatuses, which include video surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, system errors and failures, information logging, video intercoms, and panic or duress stations. The agency requires a system that can correlate events across these diverse systems and provide a real-time, interactive map-based interface. This market research will directly support the development of requirements for future competitive procurement opportunities. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations located in Canada only. The performance of any associated work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals and pricing information within the submissions to understand market costs.
