CCTV Installation Services

The government authority in Sacramento, California is seeking a vendor to provide and install a comprehensive closed-circuit television (CCTV) system. The agency needs to resolve security monitoring gaps by installing specific camera equipment, network video recording capabilities, and associated cabling at its facility. The project covers the procurement and installation of two AXIS Q6300-E Panoramic Cameras, two AXIS P5676-LE Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras, five AXIS P3275-LV Fixed Cameras, and one AXIS P3738-PLE Panoramic Camera, along with all necessary mounting hardware. The scope of work also requires the installation of five Cat 6 cables from the server rack to existing wall locations, one Cat 6 outside plant cable from the server rack to a pole between the southbound entrance and exit, and one Cat 6 cable from the server rack to the corner of the building. Additionally, the agency requires the provision and installation of an AXIS, or equivalent, Network Video Recorder with Video Management System Software and a DVD burner. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. A mandatory or optional walkthrough of the site is scheduled for July 7, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 29, 2026.
