Art Therapy Service

The government authority located in El Paso, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide routine, journey-level art therapy and rehabilitation services. The agency needs to integrate therapeutic art activities into its treatment environment to support client development in social skills, communication, problem-solving, self-esteem, and coping mechanisms. To solve these clinical needs, the selected provider will collaborate directly with physicians, nursing staff, social workers, psychologists, rehabilitation staff, peer support personnel, and other treatment team members. The scope of work requires the development and maintenance of therapeutic art programming that aligns with trauma-informed care principles and recovery-focused practices. The provider must create and facilitate weekly therapeutic groups tailored to hospital needs and offer professional consultation regarding the therapeutic use of art within the facility. This onsite or offsite work must directly support the overall treatment objectives of the government facility. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish a contract period that will run for three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 25, 2026.
