Virtual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Support Services

The government authority located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island is seeking virtual cognitive behavioural therapy support services to improve the timeliness, equity, and accessibility of care. The agency is trying to solve challenges related to transportation barriers, scheduling conflicts, competing commitments, and concerns surrounding privacy, anonymity, and stigma. This initiative aims to service rural and underserviced areas, extend provider availability, offer immediate resources to clients, and provide meaningful treatment choices reflecting person-centered care. The scope of work covers the delivery of virtual care services to patients, including those with concurrent disorders who require access to diverse services or multiple care providers in tandem.
