Community Based Mental Health Services

The Minnesota government authority is seeking a vendor to provide community-based mental health services through its mental health innovations grant program. The agency is trying to solve a patient flow problem by providing access to appropriate community settings and services that are currently unavailable. This program aims to improve access to and the quality of outpatient mental health services, reduce admissions to community behavioral health hospitals, and facilitate patient discharges back to home communities with ongoing treatment and recovery support. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform all services offsite. Eligible applicants must be onshore United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 13, 2026. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on July 15, 2026.
