The government authority located in Newfoundland and Labrador is seeking a vendor to provide telecommunications services across its office locations. The agency needs Wide Area Network connectivity configured in a full mesh architecture so that any two sites can communicate directly without requiring other sites to be active. To solve its long-term bandwidth needs, the agency requires that all installed on-premises equipment and future facility builds from the provider central office to the premises support future bandwidth increases up to ten gigabits per second without requiring equipment replacement. The scope of work covers WAN connectivity between each office location with options for two point five gigabits per second, five gigabits per second, and ten gigabits per second speeds. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The contract period will span two years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 6, 2026.
