Malaysia - Long Term Agreement for Digital Payment Solution

The United Nations Children's Fund is seeking a vendor to establish a long-term agreement for a non-card digital payment solution in Malaysia. The agency needs to enhance its digital fundraising capabilities by simplifying and securing digital donations for its supporters. This solution aims to improve the donor experience and increase donation conversion rates through efficient, non-card payment methods. The scope of work covers a flexible, scalable, and future-ready digital payment solution that supports a range of non-card payment options. The system must align with a long-term development roadmap for continuous enhancements, new functionalities, and technological investments. Additionally, the solution must integrate seamlessly with the agency's existing digital fundraising platforms, internal and third-party payment processing systems, customer relationship management databases, and applicable authorization or mandate management services. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in Malaysia. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite.
