Ireland - Provision, Implementation, Hosting and On-Going Support and Maintenance of a Portfolio Management System

Enterprise Ireland is seeking a portfolio management system to ensure complete and accurate visibility into the performance, characteristics, and outcomes of portfolio companies across all supported funds. The system must ingest, manage, and report all data relating to the underlying portfolio companies of Enterprise Ireland supported funds. This data includes quarterly management accounts, quarterly excel templates capturing standard and custom portfolio company attributes, transactional investment information, and annual data points such as Irish employee counts, revenue, and exports. The scope of work covers the provision, implementation, hosting, and ongoing support and maintenance of the portfolio management system. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years for these services. Only organizations based in Ireland are eligible to bid for this opportunity. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders rather than specifying a set budget limit. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than July 14, 2026.
