RFI for Light Rail Systems Engineering and Asset Management Solutions

The agency is seeking information on light rail systems engineering and asset management solutions to support its transit infrastructure. The agency wants to solve challenges related to asset lifecycle tracking, obsolescence monitoring, and capital investment planning. To address these needs, the agency requires detailed information on vendor services, technologies, and methodologies for comprehensive condition assessments and gap analyses of existing asset management software. The requested scope of work covers asset tracking, maintenance management, data analytics, and user interface visualization. Specifically, the agency is asking for methodologies regarding condition-based maintenance, automated scheduling, preventive maintenance planning, and predictive maintenance modeling. The scope also includes data integration, import and export capabilities, and reporting and business intelligence dashboards. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is requesting that the performance of any future work be conducted offsite. Respondents may submit their information digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand potential costs and budget requirements.
