The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based agenda management software solution. The system must be hosted in a United States-based data center with documented annual uptime commitments of at least 99.5 percent. The agency requires an API that exposes calendar and agenda information as an object, allowing their SaaS website platform to consume the data and dynamically build the public-facing user interface. The scope of work includes providing direct posting capabilities to social media platforms such as Meta and X. The software must feature user account management with role-based permissions assignable at the individual user, department, or meeting body level. The agency requires the ability to create, modify, archive, or deactivate meeting bodies, templates, and workflow configurations without vendor intervention. The requested software must support customizable agenda templates that can be configured by meeting body, meeting type, or department, with the ability to lock formatting elements for consistency. It must include a drag-and-drop or similarly intuitive interface for arranging, reordering, and grouping agenda items. The system must also support adding descriptive text, staff report fields, recommendation language, and fiscal impact fields directly within each agenda item. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for budget proposals and has not disclosed a set budget.
