Zoom Enterprise License Subscription Service

Lone Star College System is seeking a vendor to provide a Zoom Enterprise license subscription service to support its instructional and operational communication needs. The agency requires a subscription renewal for a three-year base term, with the option for two additional one-year extensions. The selected vendor must ensure the licensing aligns with agency usage requirements, including host licenses, webinar capacity, and add-ons, while providing the flexibility to scale licensing during the contract term. The agency requires the vendor to provide supported maintenance and support for the entire duration of the agreement. The vendor must ensure Zoom platform availability in accordance with service level agreements to maintain high availability and performance. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this procurement.
