JD Edwards Managed Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide managed services for its on-premise JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment and related integrated systems. The selected partner must coordinate support across functional, technical, database, integration, and third-party dependencies. This initiative aims to resolve application and functional issues through comprehensive Tier 1 support, help desk services, and service desk services dedicated to JD Edwards incidents. The scope of work covers integration support, ancillary integrated systems support, and Microsoft SQL support specifically for the JD Edwards environment. The agency requires the vendor to provide qualified personnel possessing expertise in JD Edwards, Configurable Network Computing, SQL, integration, and general support. Performance of these services may occur either onsite or offsite depending on the operational requirements. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore Canadian organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
