IT Management and Maintenance Service

The government authority located in New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide end-to-end managed information-technology services. The agency needs to protect, maintain, and evolve its hybrid Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environment, servers, workstations, and classroom devices. This initiative aims to solve the agency's need for comprehensive IT management, security, infrastructure oversight, and disaster recovery. The scope of work covers managed services including server and desktop monitoring, unlimited remote and on-site support, help-desk services, Microsoft and third-party patching, and technology-adoption training. Requested managed security services include a twenty-four-seven Security Operations Center with Managed Detection and Response, advanced Endpoint Detection and Response, spam and phishing filtering outside of Google or Microsoft, DMARC email protection, privileged access management, and network discovery. Infrastructure management requires network monitoring, firewall and router management, Wi-Fi access point management, and Fortinet switch monitoring. Additional requirements include Software-as-a-Service backup of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for every licensed user and server backup for at least two servers. The agency also requires Virtual CIO services for IT budget planning, documentation, and annual Technology Business Reviews. Bidders must include a detailed listing of covered day-to-day tasks in their proposal response, such as password resets, device imaging, firewall audits, printer queue clears, and Office 365 administration. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work will take place both onsite in New Mexico and offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
