State and Local Crime Data Collection and Reporting Service

The District of Columbia Justice Grants Administration is seeking a vendor to provide state and local crime data collection and reporting services. The agency also requires documentation of crime data reporting practices regarding offenders, offense incidents, and other key elements. To ensure data integrity, the project includes comparing the accuracy of crime estimates reported by jurisdictions with crime estimates from other sources. The project further requires the vendor to analyze the gathered information and convene experts to discuss common challenges with crime data collection and reporting practices. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget or key dates.
