Security Services at The City-Owned Properties

The City of Lodi, California is seeking a vendor to provide professional security services at several city-owned properties. The designated locations requiring coverage include the City Hall Campus, which encompasses City Hall, Carnegie Forum, local parks, recreational and cultural services, and finance and customer services. The primary objective is to secure these municipal facilities and ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors. The scope of work requires the deployment of one certified security guard to perform a rapid security check of the City Hall Campus. This guard must conduct the inspection every Monday through Friday morning, completing the task prior to 7:30 a.m. The selected vendor must perform all security duties onsite at the specified Lodi properties. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services.
