The broker must review property information, provide a Broker Opinion of Value, and recommend a strategic pricing model. Marketing requirements include listing the property on commercial real estate platforms, developing digital marketing materials, and conducting targeted outreach to prospective buyers and investors. For transaction management, the broker must present offers, assist in negotiating purchase terms, coordinate due diligence, and facilitate communication among attorneys, surveyors, and lenders.
