Lecture Hall Video and Audio Upgrade Services

The Bronx Community College Association, a government authority located in the Bronx, New York, is seeking a vendor to upgrade the video and audio systems in its lecture hall. The agency needs to modernize its presentation technology to improve visual and auditory clarity for attendees. The project requires the supply, installation, and integration of high-definition display, camera, and audio equipment. The scope of work covers the installation of one custom direct-view LED video wall measuring approximately ten feet wide by five and a half feet high with a pixel pitch of 1.5 millimeters or equivalent. The vendor must also supply and install one intelligent pan-tilt-zoom camera featuring a minimum of twelve-times optical zoom. For audio, the agency requires one wireless handheld transmitter with an SM58-style capsule and two wireless hybrid bodypack transmitters operating on ultra-high frequency or digital enhanced cordless telecommunications bands. The selected vendor must supply an audio-visual control and distribution system to manage all the equipment. The agency requires the vendor to connect all devices and ensure the entire integrated system is working properly. Although the physical equipment will be installed in the Bronx, the agency indicates that performance of the work will be offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on June 30, 2026, to remain eligible. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than July 1, 2026.
