RFI for SharePoint-Based Enterprise Collaboration, Business Process Automation, Data Integration, and Application Modernization Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing SharePoint-based enterprise collaboration, business process automation, data integration, and application modernization support services. This initiative aims to address the agency's need for SharePoint Online-based collaboration environments, dashboards, reporting tools, workflow solutions, budget management tools, and related applications that support mission and administrative operations. The agency also wants to explore AI-enabled capabilities to improve workflow automation, reporting, knowledge management, search, document processing, and decision support within this environment. The scope of work covers the operations and maintenance of existing SharePoint and related systems, application modernization and enhancement, and business process automation. Additionally, the agency requires data integration and reporting, workflow optimization, cybersecurity, compliance, governance, enterprise content management solutions, agile delivery, project management, and executive and operational analytics. All performance of the work must occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
