The platform must allow individuals to access the registry twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to create secure accounts, enter demographics, specify donor preferences, and update or delete their records. The scope of work covers the provision of sufficient hardware, software, and personnel to support the registry and its associated educational initiatives. The selected partner must coordinate statewide educational efforts with existing organ procurement organizations and eye or tissue banks, which includes distributing promotional materials and conducting community outreach events. Additionally, the agency requires the implementation of a formal plan for handling complaints regarding the registration process and educational initiatives, while ensuring organ procurement organizations and tissue banks have secure access to the registry. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of all contract work to be conducted offsite.
