The City of Minneapolis, Minnesota, requires professional technical support services to maintain and optimize its public safety systems. The agency is seeking a vendor to provide technical assistance for the Image Trend system, which includes performing backup support duties and defining individual field definitions for data retrieval to feed the agency dashboard. Additionally, the selected provider will support the transition from Central Square Classic Mobile to Mobile UX and Common Identity Management, and assist with moving files between systems for the Police Information Management System. The scope of work covers Mobile Data Computer support as it pertains to the Fire Sub-agency layout, as well as regular GIS map updates. The agency requires the vendor to collaborate with business units to define needs for custom data collection within the Computer Aided Dispatch mobile application. To streamline operations, the provider must also assist in narrowing the number of user interface layouts used for product and training purposes. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite under a contract spanning a five-year period.
