The proposed tools must have a history of application specifically to nuclear energy, licensing, compliance, or safety documentation within commercial, national laboratory, or regulatory deployments. The agency requires the technology to deploy within various international sovereign cloud tenants or otherwise meet specific data residency, security, and confidentiality requirements.
