RFI for High Performance Artificial Intelligence Computing Infrastructure Services

The agency is seeking information to support the acquisition of high-performance artificial intelligence computing infrastructure services for multiple mission organizations and AI-enabled analytical environments. This initiative aims to facilitate the procurement of AI hardware, software licenses, and associated warranty support as funding becomes available. The requested infrastructure must include AI pod architectures such as TPU-based solutions, AI inference accelerators equivalent to NVIDIA L40-class accelerators, and associated software licenses. The scope of work covers high-performance GPU servers utilizing NVIDIA HGX B300 or equivalent GPU technologies, as well as integrated rack-scale AI systems including GB300 NVL72-class systems or equivalent. The agency also requires customer-retained failed hardware components as part of the warranty support. Information gathered through this process will help the agency develop the acquisition strategy for future procurements. Eligible respondents must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. Respondents must submit their digital responses via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently seeking proposal details to inform the budget.
