The scope of work requires a booking engine that allows multiple packages, ticket types, and promotional products to be combined within a single reservation. The booking journey must be simple and capable of being tailored by venue, event, package, promotion, customer segment, and sales channel. The ticketing functionality must support general admission, restaurant and hospitality, corporate suites, guest lists, complimentary tickets, memberships, fundraising, promotions, and group bookings, with options to brand tickets by venue, event, package, sponsor, campaign, or fundraising group. The requested platform must also include a robust customer relationship management and communication capability. This system must maintain comprehensive customer profiles, including booking and package history, venue preferences, spend, dietary and accessibility requirements, customer notes, marketing preferences, and payment status. The communication features must support customer engagement from the enquiry stage through to post-event follow-up using branded templates and messaging channels such as email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in Ireland. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online.
