Asset Management Solution

The issuing agency is seeking a comprehensive, enterprise-wide Asset Management Software Solution to streamline municipal operations, enhance field efficiency, and elevate community engagement. The agency needs a modern, scalable platform that supports centralized asset inventory, asset identification, lifecycle workflows, preventive maintenance scheduling, work order management, and operational tracking for field crews. The system must include a mobile application for Android and iOS with online and offline access to current and historical data, allowing field crews to edit work orders but restricting them from editing historical asset information. The requested scope covers specific modules for fleet, inventory, work order management, and asset management across stormwater, transportation, facilities, dry utilities, and parks and recreation. The platform must provide financial planning, reporting, and analytics, including depreciation tracking, total cost of ownership reporting, condition assessment, budget modeling, capital planning tools, scheduled automated reporting, and real-time dashboards of asset health. Additionally, the agency requires integration of map-based asset management and spatial analysis with public requests, citizen portals, routing, permit tracking, compliance workflows, and out-of-the-box bi-directional REST API connectivity to ESRI ArcGIS Online. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency allows the selected contractor to perform all work offsite.
