RFI for Juniper Support Software

The United States Department of Agriculture requires network monitoring and control software to secure and protect the integrity of its data dissemination network. The agency needs 24/7 monitoring to reduce network vulnerabilities and quickly detect, diagnose, and resolve multi-vendor network traffic issues. This software must provide deep visibility into physical and virtual application and server performance to enable proactive performance alerting and faster troubleshooting. Eligible participants must be United States organizations operating entirely onshore. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite within their own office premises. The agency is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for this acquisition.
