Audit Database, Integration, Processes, and Organizational Behaviors Systems

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to conduct a comprehensive audit of its database, integration, processes, and organizational behaviors systems. This audit must focus on the agency's donor database and related platforms, its people and behaviors, and its end-to-end donation and donor management workflows. The agency needs to diagnose the current state of systems, data flows, and integrations that support donation processing, donor management, and financial allocation across its National Office and chapters. The selected vendor must map and evaluate key processes from initial donor engagement through to donation allocation and reporting to identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies. The scope also requires an assessment of how people, behaviors, roles, and organizational culture influence the effectiveness of these systems and processes, including change resistance and trust between teams. All performance of the work will take place offsite. The opportunity is open to bidders worldwide.
