Integrated Justice Information and Management System Modernization Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide integrated justice information and management system modernization services. The project aims to support data governance, data migration, and the implementation of various integration and data analytics information products. The selected vendor will design, implement, and support a solution containing bronze, silver, and gold environments for ingestion, integration, and consumption. This architecture will allow the data integration hub to mirror legacy systems safely, standardize data centrally, and provide scalable access to downstream systems. The agency requires the development of messages and APIs to various companion applications, such as Keefe, to replace and retire legacy messages. The scope includes establishing a mature API-based integration framework to limit the number of custom and one-off integrations. Additionally, the vendor must create, develop, and define the strategy for standing up the necessary infrastructure and environment. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
