Communications and Marketing Support Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive, on-call communications and marketing services to support the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality public outreach and engagement materials. This initiative aims to solve the agency's need for strategic communications, public-facing content, branding, messaging support, and campaign development. The scope of work covers graphic design, video production and storytelling, economic development campaigns, recruitment campaigns, media planning and buying, and community engagement. The selected contractor must conceptualize, script, film, edit, and deliver professional video content optimized for social media, digital platforms, and community broadcast. The agency also requires translation services to convert materials, videos, and publications into Chinese, Vietnamese, and Spanish as requested. Additionally, the project involves planning and placing integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, outdoor, and audio platforms. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the work to be performed either onsite or offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will span five years.
