The City Office of Sustainability is seeking a marketing and communications consultant to support its comprehensive climate action plan. The agency needs to ensure broad public engagement and understanding of the plan through innovative visual concepts, appealing communications collateral, and engaging advertisements. To achieve this, the selected partner must translate complex information into clear, simple language that individuals with varying literacy levels can easily understand. The scope of work covers the creation of flyers, graphic designs, social media content, presentations, and other communication materials aligned with the city. The agency requires digital formats of all deliverables, alongside editable source files for infographics and illustrations to support ongoing community education. Additionally, the consultant must assemble these materials into a comprehensive community engagement toolkit containing finalized plans, e-blast templates, a facilitation guide, and other created assets for distribution to stakeholders. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the selected partner to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 29, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 1, 2026.
