Digital Signage, Installation and Removal Services

The District is seeking a vendor to provide supply, licensing, installation, and removal services for Newline multimedia players and digital signage systems across District facilities on an as-needed basis. The agency needs to solve the problem of deploying and decommissioning these digital signage systems safely and efficiently. The scope of work covers the mounting, cabling, configuration, testing, inside delivery, and setup of multimedia players to ensure full operational functionality. Additionally, the project requires the safe disconnection, removal, proper handling, packaging, and disposal or relocation of existing equipment without causing damage to District property. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore, USA-based organizations. Although the services involve physical installation and removal at District facilities, the agency specifies that performance of the work will be offsite with the vendor carrying out work in their own office premises. The District is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 2, 2026.
