Sanitary Sewer Jetting and Video Inspection Service

The City of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, is seeking a qualified vendor to perform sanitary sewer jetting and video inspection services within its utility service area. The agency needs to clean and inspect approximately 89,000 linear feet of existing mainline sewers to maintain infrastructure integrity and identify potential issues. This project addresses the buildup of debris and obstructions that restrict sewer capacity and limit visibility during inspections. The scope of work requires the removal of debris and minor obstructions such as root balls, solids buildup, grease, sediment, and rocks to the greatest extent possible. Following the cleaning, the contractor must inspect the sewer sections using remote closed-circuit television (CCTV) and deliver the inspection footage entirely in electronic format. The camera must remain centered in the pipe to display and document accurate distance measurements of sewer features, and the recorded video must show the entire circumference of the sewer. The contractor must manage any necessary flow control to remove standing water and debris as an incidental part of the contract. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing all traffic control when working within or adjacent to roadways to ensure the safety of the crew and motorists. Performance of all contracted work must take place onsite in Steamboat Springs. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
