RFI for Warehouse Space Services

The New Hampshire Department of Safety is seeking information to secure approximately 30,000 to 36,000 square feet of open warehouse space services in Concord, New Hampshire. The agency requires a ground-level facility featuring a clear height of at least 20 feet and a minimum of two loading docks with an available loading zone. The requested services must encompass real estate taxes, insurance, janitorial services, and comprehensive building and site maintenance. The agency requires adequate, free on-site parking included in the proposed rates. This parking must feature at least ten exterior spaces for automobiles and five to ten appropriately sized, accessible spaces for parking and staging emergency service trailers. The performance of all operations will take place offsite at the provided facility. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish budget expectations and has not disclosed a specific funding limit. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this request for information no later than July 01, 2026.
