Public Address System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a public address system to integrate into its existing environment. The project requires developing a detailed system design based on site survey findings and stakeholder requirements, followed by the implementation of a Commend PA system. The selected vendor must install all necessary cabling infrastructure, including speaker cables, audio inputs, and outputs, while removing any existing systems and cabling. The scope of work includes strategically mounting and positioning speakers for optimal coverage, sound dispersion, and aesthetic appeal. The vendor must install amplifiers, mixers, and audio sources in appropriate equipment racks or enclosures. After installation, the agency requires thorough testing of the entire system, including speakers, amplifiers, and microphones, to verify audio quality, volume control, and emergency announcement capabilities. The agency requires an ongoing support agreement that covers preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and repair, and software or firmware updates. This agreement must also include remote technical support, onsite support when required, replacement of defective components, and system performance optimization. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity, and the vendor must perform the design and administrative work offsite at their own office premises. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Interested bidders must attend a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for June 30, 2026.
