Data and Analytics Governance Platforms

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide data and analytics governance platforms to procure a data mapping and data cataloging tool. This tool will support data security, data availability, artificial intelligence initiatives, and business continuity requirements. The agency needs to fully identify, define, organize, and map data relationships throughout the entire data lifecycle to establish data lineage and explainability. The scope of work requires a tool that supports data observability features, including monitoring and anomaly detection. The platform must feature dashboard and data catalog reporting capabilities designed for both technical and non-technical users. Additionally, the system must establish a formal, near real-time data map and possess data lifecycle management capabilities such as data discovery, accessibility, reporting, legal hold, and dispositions. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
