Finance, Accounting, and Procurement Enterprise Resource Planning System Software Licenses Services

The agency is seeking software licenses for a cloud-based commercial off-the-shelf enterprise resource planning system. This new system will replace the existing Microsoft Dynamics GP Great Plains version 18.6.1695, which currently runs on an on-premise Microsoft SQL Server 2022. The current setup includes several supporting applications that require replacement or integration, specifically Mekorma payment hub legacy, EOne Popdock extender, Willoware, and Fast Path Config AD. The scope of work covers the provision of finance, accounting, and procurement enterprise resource planning software licenses. The performance of all work under this contract will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this procurement no later than July 21, 2026. The agency will host a non-mandatory virtual preproposal meeting on June 30, 2026. Proposals must be submitted digitally, either through email or an online portal, and should include pricing proposals as the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
