SCADA Maintenance Service

The Regional Municipality of Halton in Oakville, Ontario is seeking effective maintenance services for its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to ensure the reliability of equipment and systems across regional facilities. The SCADA systems consist of a multitude of hardware devices and software that require ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and expansion. The agency needs to solve the ongoing challenge of keeping these complex systems operational, secure, and fully integrated. The scope of work covers troubleshooting, diagnosing, setting up, configuring, programming, commissioning, testing, and correcting SCADA hardware and software. The selected contractor must also test, troubleshoot, and tune control loops. Because the region recently migrated its Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software from Aveva InTouch to Aveva System Platform and Aveva OMI software, the work involves supporting this specific environment.
