Wastewater Treatment Analysis Service

A New Jersey government authority is seeking a vendor to provide professional wastewater treatment analysis services. The authority requires the analysis of wastewater samples for long and short-chain per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), ultra-short chain PFAS, precursors via Total Oxidizable Precursor (TOP) Assay, and fluorochemicals via Adsorbable Organic Fluorine (AOF). The selected laboratory must send detailed standard operating procedures for analytical methods not certified by the agency to the project manager to assist in developing a quality assurance project plan. The scope of work requires the vendor to coordinate with the project manager for the delivery of sampling containers and the shipping of coolers. The vendor must analyze the provided samples using an agency-certified method, a user-defined ultrashort chain PFAS method, TOP Assay, AOF, and fluoride. After completing the analysis, the laboratory must organize, compile, and share the resulting data with the project manager and the agency. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The authority requires the performance of the work to be conducted onsite. Bidders must submit an itemized quote as part of their proposal, and responses can be submitted digitally via email or online. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
