Camera Replacement System

The government authority located in London, Ontario, is seeking a comprehensive security camera system replacement and ongoing system management solution across multiple agency sites. The agency needs to replace its existing legacy surveillance system, which currently consists of approximately 600 cameras, a legacy video management system, and associated servers and storage. The requested scope of work covers a modern, scalable, and secure enterprise-wide solution that includes all required equipment, software, storage, implementation, and support services. The contract period will span five years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 2, 2026.
