The Catoosa County Sheriff's Office in Ringgold, Georgia is seeking a contractor to provide and install one hundred and eighteen Verkada cameras equipped with a five-year license, along with all necessary supporting hardware. The agency needs to replace its existing jail camera infrastructure to ensure reliable facility surveillance. The selected contractor must remove the designated legacy cameras and return them directly to the agency. The scope of work requires the contractor to manage the cabling transition, which may involve removing old cabling from existing conduit to make room for the new lines. If the contractor can run the new cabling without removing the old wires, they must cut the old cabling flush with the wall. The performance of this work will occur offsite, and eligibility is strictly limited to United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 8, 2026, to address preliminary project details. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions regarding the requirements no later than July 17, 2026.
