Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Services

The issuing agency is seeking trained and qualified armed and unarmed security officers to provide twenty-four-hour, seven-day security coverage across three shifts. The agency requires pre-employment screening, drug testing, and past employment verification for all assigned personnel. The scope of work includes training personnel, providing uniforms with cleaning and replacement, and supplying four vehicles. The selected provider must supply personnel trained in operating access control and surveillance monitoring equipment, specifically Devtel systems, as well as dispatch and security center operations. The agency expects periodic testing of officers to ensure their skill levels meet the requirements of their assigned duties. Additionally, the project covers reviewing and recommending security management of facility operations, policies, and regulations, alongside conducting ongoing security audits to evaluate threatening conditions and recommend countermeasures. The agency has the option to reduce the number of shifts during the contract. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of all security work must take place onsite at the agency facilities. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or through an online portal.
