Color Digital LED Message Sign Purchase and Installation Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to replace an existing electronic message sign with a modern, double-sided, full-color LED display system. The new sign must be capable of displaying text, graphics, images, and animations, with a minimum display size of 32.5 inches high by 105.5 inches wide per side. The project aims to solve the need for an updated, outdoor-rated communication tool by securing a complete package that includes purchase, delivery, installation, programming, training, and startup. The scope of work covers site inspection, removal and disposal of the existing sign, and delivery of all new materials and equipment. The selected vendor must install the sign, support legs or pedestals, foundations, mounting hardware, and all necessary electrical components. Additionally, the work requires software installation and configuration of a cloud-based or desktop-based content management system, testing, commissioning, and on-site training for agency staff on software operation, scheduling, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. All physical work, including installation and training, must be performed on-site at the agency's location.
