Adult Mental Health Services

The Dakota County government authority located in West St. Paul, Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide adult mental health services. The agency requires a partner to deliver Intensive Residential Treatment Services, which is a community-based medically monitored level of care utilizing evidence-based rehabilitative practices. This program must promote recovery and help members develop psychiatric stability, personal adjustment, self-sufficiency, and skills for transitioning to independent settings. The scope of work requires qualified mental health staff to provide on-site services twenty-four hours a day. Specific required services include assertive engagement, benefits and finance support, employment services, and family psychoeducation and support. The selected provider must also deliver housing access support, medication assistance, medication education, mental health certified peer specialist services, independent living skills training, socialization skills training, and benefit application assistance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted work must be performed onsite at the designated location in West St. Paul.
