The State Training School in Eldora, Iowa, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive mental health services for youth. The agency needs to address the psychological needs of its population, specifically focusing on youth at risk for suicide and self-harming behaviors. To solve these challenges, the agency requires psychiatric examinations, evaluations, and individual psychotherapy based on referrals and consultations with facility behavioral health professionals, administrators, and medical staff. The scope of work covers direct individual treatment services for the youth. The contractor must also provide consultation, coordination, and collaboration to facility administrators and clinical staff. These collaborative efforts aim to develop and improve treatment plans while enhancing staff skills and competencies in behavior management and treatment. The agency requires all performing organizations to be based onshore within the United States. The requested work will be performed offsite rather than at the physical facility in Eldora. Bidders must submit their proposals with their own budget structures, as the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
