Multi-User Flight Information Display System

The Oakland, California government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive multi-user flight information display system, content management system, airport operations database, and resource management system. The agency requires a solution to manage and drive 15 baggage displays, 19 gate displays, 5 terminal lounge displays, and 5 sterile area exit digital players. Additionally, the system must support visual paging displays, advertisement displays, and a variety of port-provided digital content. The selected vendor must provide all hardware, software, network switching, cabling infrastructure, and other components necessary to implement the system. The agency also requires content creation services throughout the project implementation and the duration of the managed services contract, alongside detailed technical design documents of the proposed system. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity, and the performance of the work must take place onsite. The contract period will span five years. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on July 14, 2026, and submit all questions no later than July 17, 2026.
