The Capital Region Airport Authority in Lansing, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive, twenty-four-hour vending and fresh food services for its break room and cafeteria. The agency requires a continuous, year-round operation to ensure staff and visitors have constant access to fresh food and beverages. To solve this need, the selected contractor must furnish, install, operate, stock, service, and maintain all necessary labor and equipment for a vending and fresh-food kiosk. The scope of work requires the installation of refrigeration units, vending machines, shelving, and a cashless self-checkout kiosk that accepts credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments. All provided machinery must be freestanding or countertop-mounted, NSF-certified for commercial food service use, and connected to the agency-supplied dedicated water line. The agency is establishing a contract period that will span three years. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
