Electronic Medical Records System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an electronic medical records system with Software as a Service platform capability and application solutions. This procurement aims to secure software maintenance, support for the licenses, and comprehensive implementation services including installation, testing, and deployment support. The selected vendor must deliver continuous twenty-four-seven support and robust backup services, which must include full database backups for at least seven days to allow point-in-time restoration down to the minute. The requested software must feature specialized modules for infection control with antibiotic stewardship, dietary and nutrition management, and admissions and discharges. It must also incorporate a formulary database for all medications, an analytics compliance package, and dedicated space for uploading documents directly to resident records. The platform must allow the medical director, nurses, and social workers to create and amend notes, and it must support the use of currently assigned resident numbers for both resident files and fiscal tracking. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of the project.
