User Experience (UX) Design Consultant Service

The issuing agency is seeking a User Experience (UX) design consultant to create an accessible, intuitive, and person-centered user experience for public-facing materials and systems. The agency requires a design firm with specialized user experience and interaction design capabilities, alongside a deep understanding of individuals' long-term care needs, to design and continue the development of the cares digital platform. This project covers the design and development of portability of benefits and artificial intelligence components for No Wrong Door (NWD) to blend with previously completed work. The scope of work encompasses website or software application wireframe design to establish basic blueprints that align teams on requirements and outline essential webpages, components, and features. The selected consultant must perform user journey mapping to center the experience on user personas, and conduct user testing of design mock-ups and live software to gather feedback on design quality. Additionally, the agency requires qualitative user interviews, research through guided one-on-one conversations, and usability testing with real users to evaluate ease of use, intuitiveness, and overall efficiency. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of three years. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project, and bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online.
